TESAR EIPM Training for Early-Stage Researchers

In this section, early-stage researchers (ESRs) will find the TESAR training programme, designed to build essential competences in Evidence-Informed Policymaking (EIPM). Participants will have the opportunity to follow five online modules and take part in one transnational in-person session, combining theory with hands-on learning.

Through this journey, ESRs will explore how to advise policymakers, innovate, work with evidence, be future literate, engage with citizens, and collaborate effectively. By completing the programme, they will receive the TESAR micro-credential “EIPM for ESRs”, a formal recognition of their competences that strengthens career prospects and supports their role at the science–policy interface.
